HOW WE WORK

We design for users, and produce results for business. 

​To educate and activate the small business segment, we designed a simple experience that walked new users through a blended education and eCommerce step-by-step experience.
​
Our process included user interviews to understand the small business owner and their challenges with health insurance for their workforce. From there, we constructed a prototype to engaged in moderated user testing.

Creative Performance Inc. (CPI) is a Portland-based consulting firm in the the Marketing Services industry. They specialize in helping digital agencies scale. As CPI has grown, so has their services and team - to show the evolution of the company, CPI sought to refresh their brand and digital presence. 

We collaborated with CPI to understand their customers needs - from there, we used brand strategy to help inform a more modern visual identity.
